We downsized from a house to a condo. We can’t say enough about the compassion and attention to detail of Leroy Peters and his team. It was difficult for us to transition to a new home after so many years. They provided us with complete and caring service.
We needed a full service move, from sorting the entire houseful of contents into three categories: keep, donate, junk; including removing nearly 5,000 books. They were always punctual and unfailingly kind. They did all of our organizing and packing, and then moved, unpacked and fully set up our new home. This included shopping for and setting up new storage units at our new place.
Several months later, we arranged for a return visit after acquiring a few new pieces of furniture. We had Leroy and his team get them for us and re-arrange our rooms, then take away surplus items for charity. It was just like having old friends come to visit. Thank you, Leroy, we could not have done it without you!

The day of my move I was feeling unwell and wasn’t sure how the move would proceed. Within minutes, Leroy provided the solution. My bedroom would be moved first, reassembled and made possible for me to rest quietly as the move continued seamlessly. (They even made the bed.)
Leroy and his Crew are efficient, considerate, patient and respectful. Not only are they skilled planners and movers but they treat you as you would a friend. They are a bit like magic. They appear, do their jobs and disappear again taking all the mess of moving with them.

You and your team made our experience far more pleasant, and far easier for my wife and I. It was nice to hear you and Brett humming and singing as you packed up trappings of our lives; arranged and oversaw the move to our new condo; and helped unpack the basics and set up furniture.
To say it made the move more palatable is an understatement. While no one can make a major move turn into a joy, Carefree Concierge is true to its name. Leroy found out what our needs were and went to work building a quote that worked for us.

I was referred to Carefree Concierge by Heidi Rasmussen of The Westhaven assisted living facility. Leroy and his colleague Brett, met me at my apt. It soon became apparent this was not their first rodeo. Immediately I realized this would be a stress free move which was confirmed at every step of the process. And it soon evolved into more of a friendship than a client relationship. Their personalities immediately won me over. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and respecting my needs and views. In a long career with the Federal Govt. I experienced many moves by professional movers who could not hold a candle to my experience with Leroy and Carefree. They are the epitome of client service for this type of move. Every step of the move lived up to their claims of a stress free move. What was most impressive is the manner in which they set up my new digs i.e. furniture and artwork placement.
Everything was meticulously placed and made the look of my suite warm and inviting. So much so that I’m totally dedicated to maintaining it as they designed it.

This service is very professional but also importantly, friendly and caring, which is important for us older adults. In early December I had the opportunity to speak with Leroy from Carefree Concierge regarding the move of my 94 year old mother. Leroy went over all of the details of my mother’s move, not only the physical aspect, but the emotional. He wanted to understand how my mother was dealing with the move. Having moved into the Westhaven in September and having been fortunate in selecting Leroy to complete all aspects of the relocation for me, I would like to express my gratitude for all the details of the move. The Summer of 2020 i moved for the first time in 30 years. I was looking for a full-service company that would take care of all the aspects of my move, eg. packing, moving, and the disposal of unwanted items. I wanted the experience to run smoothly and to be as stress- and worry-free as possible. When I met Leroy Peters of Carefree Concierge, I was struck by his warmth and honest desire to help. He inspired trust that all aspects of my move would run smoothly, and put together a plan that gave me complete confidence that my previous valuables and I would be well taken care of. He was accessible. He made communication easy and quickly addressed all of my questions with a calm reassurance.
Through every phase of the move, the members of Carefree Concierge did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. On moving day, Leroy and his crew were great! They were right on time. They followed through with everything that was promised, and did it well. The moving crew was top notch. Besides being quick and efficient, they were strong, capable and always in good humor. Leroy believes in excellence and customer service and he definitely follows through with both.
As an aside, he is also one of the nicest and most genuine people you would want to meet. That made moving an unexpected pleasure and not a chore. I made an excellent decision when I hired Carefree Concierge, and I would not hesitate to do so again. Likewise, I would easily recommend the company to anyone contemplating a move.
