Leroy and his team of young men did an amazing, careful job. Coming from another province to help my dad I knew things would be tight time wise, but Leroy, Will, Leandro and Marcus made the stress of downsizing and moving my dad seem so easy. Both my husband and I normally don’t  take the time to leave reviews. We need want to express our gratitude for everything you did for our family. From the first call our stress level dropped. We could have never gotten through dad's passing with out your services. As we live in Ontario and dad passed in Winnipeg we were so lost. We worked with Leory and his team to clean out my mother’s house where she lived for the past 20+ years. Leory was amazing to work with and highly responsive. He was very thoughtful and kind when working with my mother throughout the process, as it was a challenging move for her. He communicated very clearly each step of the way, they sorted and organized all items of the home, coordinated the piano removal, cleaning services, packing and delivery of boxes. He also helped with minor patching work to the walls around the home so we could sell as quickly as possible. Leroy, I wanted to send you this note to say thank you for making our condo move as stress free as anyone could imagine. Please share our thanks with the members of your Carefree Concierge team.

You and your team made our experience far more pleasant, and far easier for my wife and I.  It was nice to hear you and Brett humming and singing as you packed up trappings of our lives; arranged and oversaw the move to our new condo; and helped unpack the basics and set up furniture.

To say it made the move more palatable is an understatement. While no one can make a major move turn into a joy, Carefree Concierge is true to its name. Leroy found out what our needs were and went to work building a quote that worked for us.

Leroy and Brett were great. They moved my mom, who was moving into a suite after 60 years in a house. Overwhelming. But they worked with my mom, were very understanding about how big an adjustment this move was for her. They quoted a price and stuck to it. They walked my mom through the entire process, but they did all the work! :) On packing days my mom was with them - they packed and she told them what to pack. Carefree has moved many seniors into smaller living spaces and were very helpful with what my mom would need, and what was unnecessary.  Moving day was easy - Mom and I got out of the house for 4-5 hrs while the movers came in. No damage on anything, they were excellent. Leroy called us when they were 'done', and we went to her suite.  EVERYTHING was done... unpacked, dishes put away, bathroom set up, pictures on the wall, radio on her station, lights plugged in, even the bed was made!  No boxes, all the garbage of moving was gone. Felt like coming home, and was a great relief to my mom and I. Leroy and Brett made a potentially difficult period in my mom's life so much easier. In early December I had the opportunity to speak with Leroy from Carefree Concierge regarding the move of my 94 year old mother. Leroy went over all the details of my mothers move, not only the physical aspect, but the emotional. He wanted to understand how my mother was dealing with the move. Leroy showed care and compassion, and gave me a very reasonable quote, considering they pack, unpack and set all the rooms up as well as hang clothing. The move went seamlessly.  Leroy made the move for both my mother and her children stress free and easy. I would recommend Carefree Concierge to anyone.
